  • I first met John when I was in a relationship with someone else. I didn't really like him all that much - I thought he was arrogant and cocky and not my kind of person at all! We met again 8 months later when I was single and actually talked - and I realised he was more confident than arrogant. He had done so many amazing things with his life and constantly wanted to have fun. As I'd just come out of a 3 year relationship I didn't want anything serious so I was amazed when 2 years later we bought our first home together. Now here we are 2 years later and getting married! I guess when it's the one it's the one :-)

Has booked the honeymoon, H2B is sorting out suits at the weekend, meeting with our jeweller to do our wedding rings this week... By jove I think that means everything is done with over 6 months to go!

Have been told my hen do is planned for July... only thing is my future sister in law is not back until August as she lives in Australia, so I told my bridesmaid I'm not going unless my SIL is there too!

Is on her third cold in the past 4 weeks and feels horrendous today, locked out of my house for 50 minutes last night which has made me feel worse :-(

Tried my dress on again on Saturday - my future MIL cried when she saw it. Ordered my veil too, I LOVE IT! Also got my wedding jewellery. Success!

Is back on the wedding diet... final push before Xmas! Aiming to lose atleast 7lbs. Going to let myself have Xmas day itself off and then afterwards straight back on it! Only 8 and a half months to go...

Went to the bridal shop that is closing down today. H2B got a Prince Edward suit with waistcoat, cravat and shirt for £90. BARGAIN! He looked so lovely x

Thought the mother of the bride in Don't Tell The Bride this week was an absolute cow, but actually got teary watching the ceremony for the first time ever this season. The Groom did SO well I was amazed, what a sweetheart
