What to do if you find an error on our pages?
Send us an email to bugs@asmira.com, with the following information:
- Your username on our pages (if you are registered)
- Describe the problem in detail: What were you doing? On which page? When and what happened? What did you expect to happen? Did you receive an error message? If yes, what was the content of the error message?
- Does it happen every time, or only occasionally? Did you try it also on a different computer, or using a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox etc.)? Did the problem also happen on a different computer or browser?
- Important: Create a screenshot:
- If you are using Windows:
- press the PrintScreen key (it’s above the the Home, End, Page up and Page down keys)
- open Word or Paintbrush
- press Ctrl -> V
- save the document

- If you are using Mac:
- press Command -> Shift -> 3
- the system creates a screenshot, you can find it on your desktop
