All of our fantastic designs can be customised to your requirements with a wonderful selection of Swarovski Crystals, Swarovski & Glass Pearls, Pretty Parchments Roses, Acrylic Beads and Semi Precious stones. We understand the importance of your special day and ensure that we make every piece with the greatest of care especially for you and your big day. Second day of the exercise bike. Wasnt as bad as yesterday, only had to stop once because I needed a drink. Managed 16 mins today, hope to increase by one minute a day until I can do 30 mins without stopping then start on getting faster....

The excercise has begun, I'm one seriously unfit, fat bird who has bought and excercise bike. Had to force myself to do 15 mins and that was really difficult, please tell me it will get easier the more I do it... lol
