Just a quick post to tell you a bit about the new 'Friends' feature on finalstitch.co.uk. We are quite excited about it and I hope that once you've got used to it you'll enjoy it too !
Here are the key points: -
The main idea behind 'Friends': Forum members can post their albums/messages either to a trusted audience (friends, family,..) or post to everyone.
You can add a friend by clicking the button 'add XX as friend' on her/his photoblog.
The friendship has to be accepted by the other forum member. They will be sent an invitation message to their private messages.
The friendship is mutual / bidirectional.
You see your friends in the right column of your photoblog.
When you visit the photoblog of a non-friend, you see only friends you have in common, if any.
Soon there will be a way to invite friends using email and facebook.
