Hello Ladies. Now, I have my long awaited headpiece which I love but now I am deliberating which jewellery to have. I think I want a necklace and have been looking at earrings and a cuff for my wrist but am unsure as to whether you should just have one or two pieces ? I don't want to have overkill with headpiece, earrings, necklace, cuff and bracelet etc etc. What is everyone else having ?

@mrswilsonme Hey chick! I don't think it would be too much it depends if your used to wearin lots of jewellery. I'm plannin on wearin tiara, necklace, earrings and 1 bracelet. Although I think I would like another bracelet not too sure yet. I think sum people wud find wearin all that too much but I'm defo not one of them! Only thing I'm unsure of is really big earrings, think its coz it reminds me of Pat from Eastenders lol xx

@mrswilsonme It depends on how blingy your jewellery is I suppose hun. I'm having a blingy side tiara, but the rest of my jewellery - necklace, bracelet and earrings - are all single string pearls and will be simple compared to the bling on my head and the waistband on my dress. You got pics to show us what you like so we can help more?? xx

@kirstydoll3 lol, yeah I don't normally wear a lot of jewelerry, it took me long enough to get used to wearing my engagement ring ! @jen150912 suppose you're right ! I wouldn't want them too blingy as I said I don't wear too much at the best of times. Also the wedding is a classy affair !!! I was thinking pearly kind of things. Photos would help yes, I'll take a pic of my headpiece and upload some photos of things I've been eyeing up to help matters along. Interested to hear what everyone else is doing too though !! xxx

@mrswilsonme I think it mostly depends on your dress and your theme. E.g. if your theme is "all things sparkly" then go ahead, bling yourself up emoticon
Also, if your dress is plain with minimal sparkle or detail, you could wear statement jewellery, but only one or two wow-factor pieces, the rest should only compliment the bigger ones.
My dress has wide lace straps so I can't wear a necklace with it, all I will have is a chunky sparkly cuff, a tiara (not decided which one yet) and small-ish earrings.
So unless you want to look like Jordan don't overdo it lol

@mrswilsonme You should definitely do something close to what you have on a regular basis. Otherwise you'll feel awkward, like not yourself. You should be able to relax and not have to think about your earrings/bracelet/whatever.
I always have big earrings and bracelet is a must. If I have something on my neck too it's perfect. So I'm going for head piece, big bracelet, long earrings, and big crystal for pendant. But try to avoid the sparkly stuff, coz that's not my style. That way I won't feel uncomfortable on the day ;)

@mrswilsonme i agree with @ina_vi, dont go tooo different to what you are usually comfy with. Also your dress and head piece are so beautiful so maybe you dont want to wear too many things to take away from them especially if you have your fab gloves too. I have quite a blinging side tiara and my dress has pearls on it so i think i am sticking with really simple pearl earrings and a one pearl droplet necklace.if you have jewellry at home already maybe try some of it with your dress, i know it wont be quite the same but it might give an idea of whether big sparkly earrings will look right or what kind of necklace etc (if you dont have any maybe head to somewhere really cheap, pick up a couple of bits to try it before purchasing your good stuff!) xx emoticon

 Hi there.
In our experience it entirely depends on the style of your dress. If you have a very detailed highly embellished gown then i'd keep it simple. A delicate pendant and simple drop earrings should suffice. However in contrast if your gown is a simple design with minimal embellishment then you can go to town on your accessories with bold statement pieces. A word of warning if you are choosing a cuff bangle be careful that it doesn't catch and snag your dress.
Hope this helps!
