I've just googled cheesecake wedding cakes and there seem to be loads of similar companies but not sure what your budget is. However would you consider making it yourself??
You could buy a cake stand with 3, 4 or 5 tiers, however many you want (Ebay have loads of these). Have a go at making cheesecakes in different sizes- they're quite easy to make. It would be a damn sight cheaper than buying one xx

lollyjane@lucyb12345 Just a little word of warning (you might have already thought about this) but a friend of mine decided to have a cheesecake as her wedding cake and had real problems getting their venue to allow it. As the cheesecake needs to be refrigerated beforehand and kept cool, there were concerns about it being out on display during the day. The venue said their insurance wouldn't cover having a cheesecake incase someone got poorly from eating it if it wasn't stored properly. It might just of been that her particular venue was being really picky about it, but it might be worth checking before spending loads of money on a cheesecake xx
