 Hi girls

Anyone use a really good exfoliator and moisturiser on their skin?

Thanks

Sounds a bit crazy - but recently got told by a makeup artist I needed to exfoliate face to help remove dry patches. Well I have very sensitive skin/eczema and wasn't prepared to buy a harsh chemical scrub from the shops, so did a quick search on google and have since used olive oil and sugar!!! (told you it sounds mad)!

I cover my face with olive oil, then take a teaspoon of sugar and rub gently around my face. Remove with water and a towel to get the oil off- skin is so smooth!

Try it- it might not be right for everybody but it works for me! X

I know its not an exfoliator but i have started using bio-oil twice daily as a base for my moisturiser as i have very dry skin. My sister has been using it and shes noticed a deffinate improvement in pigmentation and dryness and fine lines (mostly due to dehydration as shes only 30) after 3 months. I''ve just started so will report back emoticon
I like the clarins orange exfoliator, it smells lovely and leaves my skin feeling great!

I love the St Ives Apricot Scrub as well like @goldentramp and I've started using the Clinique Exfoliating Scrub (quite pricey at £17 but it's amazing). I've also bought the No7 Total Renewal Microdermabrasion Exfoliator (had a £5 voucher so only cost me £6), it's very fine, not as coarse as some others and it's brilliant.
As my skin is very oily it's essential for me to exfoliate all the time so I've tried lots of different products. The best so far was the Clinique one for me (of course it's the most expensive one, my skin is a real bitch lol), but everyone's skin is different, what works for me might not work for you. Try getting a few samples of whatever you can so you don't have to for out a fortune for something that might not work for you - you can pick up samples from ebay for about 99p plus about £1 postage (and they're also good if you go on holiday)
