I get married at 12. I have 2 adult BM's, my mum, me and flower girl all booked for make up. We're doing our own hair. What time should I tell the make up artist to come? I really haven't got a clue. I would need to be ready for 11.45, so that I can have my meeting with the registrar .

I'm getting married at 12.30 and we are all at the hairdressers for hair and make up at 9am, and I'm worried that might not be early enough!
If it's professional make up it will last so I wouldn't worry about it being done too early but the last thing you want is to run out of time emoticon

asearly as possible and make sure you get yours done in the middle. You dont want to wait until last and if running behind she rushes your make up! Why not ring the make up artist and ask for advice based on how many are getting done, and whether its subtle make up or a bit more 'made up', or suggest a second person to come.
Last November there was the bride, 4 BM inc me, mother of bride. mother of groom all having make up done. We went to the salon but staggered the visits and had 3 make up artists. Took approx 30 minutes each

We're getting married at 11:30 and I'm going to be tight for time. Luckily both my hairdresser and my make up lady know about how tight it is and they said we should be fine. My hair's being done at 8:30 and should take about 45 minutes, then I'm down the road to the salon for 9:30, 25 minutes for make up because I'm not having a lot. Then back home for 10:00 to be ready to leave for 10:30, 10:45 at the latest. Seems even tighter writing it down but there's only me and my sister to have make up and we'll be done at the same time. No worries emoticon

The best thing to do is ask your makeup artist. Im a makeup artist and i like to be out my brides way AT LEAST 1/2 an hour before they have to leave. If you contact her im sure she will work it out for you x
