Hey girlies,
Just wondered if i explained the situation i am in then maybe you can help me out !!
I recently booked a FYEO photo shoot. Paid 50 smackers for it and i get a mini make up and to choose one photo !! Then i go on the website before i booked it and entred my details in for a comptetion to win exactly the same photo shoot!!! I have just won the same shoot i have paid for!!! Fuming to be honest !!
I am going to ring up tmoz and see if i can get a refund and take the comp photo shoot !!! What if they refuse what you woudl do or say ?? x

jayneejayne@mrsjeffrey2be This exact same thing happened to me. What I did was emailed them to ask if I could have the value that I had paid in pictures - they said I can't - so I asked if I could give the free one to a friend (my friend was going to come and wait for me as moral support anyway) they said this was fine so I gave it to her. Although since this alot of us seem to have won shoots etc and I noticed one girl gave them a call and they refunded her. But if like me you got a lastminute.com deal they are non refundable - i'd do as Jen suggested and do both therefore 2 pictures.
They are so lovely when you phone up they will understand and come to some sort of arrangement with you. Another example of this is that they offered me the deal missengaged got £200 for 20 pics on a disc etc and so I asked for the £50 i'd already paid off of this and they said as it was a last minute.com deal they couldn't do that either so they are going to give me and my friend extra studio time so I think we are both getting over an hour.
Sorry for the massive explanation but just call them up and explain they will sort something out for you xxxx

happybee@mrsjeffrey2be hi Hun, same thing happened to me and I used the money that I had already paid to upgrade my free photoshoot to a full makeover as the free one only included a mini. They were happy to do this but I didn't book mine on last minute.com, so I guess it all depends on how you booked. Good luck Hun, the girls are lovely so they should sort you out xxx

jayneejayne@mrsjeffrey2be They will come back with something for you x I think they give away the free shoots to get you in the door because then you have to pay for pictures x

mrsjeffrey2be@jayneejayne :- They have at first they would only give me one picture and i have aired my concerns shall we say that i felt conned and cheated and they have sorted it out for me. They are giving me 2 hours there including full make up and two pics ! I am chuffed xxx
