Myself and my hubby to be are looking to get married in Cyprus in 2012 in late autumn. We are wanting a hotel wedding and wondered has anyone got married in Cyprus recently or planning their wedding in Cyprus? There seems to be so many hotels to choose from I dont know where to start!

@sparkle3330 A friend of a friend got married in Cyprus last year. I'll ask my friend to tell me the hotel details and let you know. We did consider it ourselves but then went for local as we thought it would be easier. What part of the island were you hoping for? I'm assuming you meant Greek side x

@sparkle3330 my mum got married at the grecian sands hotel in ayia napa and it was fantastic. she chose it by watching video clips of hotels on you tube hope this helps

hey we are getting married in the atlantica sungarden hotel in ayia napa, I know its hard to start picking hotels, i think we have been all over cyprus when we were picking but what i would advise is write down everything you are looking from your hotel and the price range and take it to a travel agents and they can narrow the search down a bit for you, hope this helps x

hi there,im getting married at the atlantica sun gardens in ayia napa in july 2012,how are your plans going im just starting mine not been as stress free as i thought a wedding abroad would be ,just a few communication problems with thomson and cyprus.hopefully sorted now so can start to put things in place.
