1 scoop of a casien protein shake I use optimum nutrition and then 10g walnuts increase grams by 10% and change weetabix to oatabix and have 1 and half to 2 if you want

this diet plan is for me and i am 64kg
please change it if you weigh 70-80kg then raise by grams 10%
80-90kg raise grams by 20%
90-100kg raise grams by 30%
and so on every 10kg in weight that you are
