Hi Ladies,
Does anyone know anywhere that prints RSVPs with menu choices?
And also do you just give a brief description of the choices on the RSVP (i.e. Starter - Fish/Soup. Main - Beef/Chicken/Vegatarian) or do you give the day guests the actual menu so they can decide. The whole point of us having more than one option is so that they can have a better choice but I dont want to fill my invites up with numerous inserts. I dont know what the best way of going about it is?

I did a little slip that went in my invites, I know what you mean by not wanting to fill up your invites with paper. One of my friends printed her menu choices herself on lovely transparent paper which was quite thick and felt like really good quality paper. We then just put our choices in our acceptance cards.

cicmatag@jojanna have you had a look on Vistaprint? they do flyers, postcards etc. and you can upload your own design if you want and all the text is completely editable. I've ordered my Save the Dates from there and luckily I could move all the text around, add extra lines and include foreign letters as well and they came out perfect.
Here is the list of postcards they do: http://www.vistaprint.co.uk/gallery/IAMAAAABAAAAAAA=/postcards.aspx?xnav=TsrI... You could have the RSVP information on one side and the menus on the other side if you want, and some of these are now free, you only have to pay postage.

You could just put it on your RSVP slit with a tick box option. This is the most straight forward and basic option and probably takes up the least space.
Where are you having your invites printed? Im sure if its a printing company they'd be able to do that for you.

We made our invites and had 3 inserts - one with a detailed explanation of the menu, the second with additional info about the venue etc and the third was the rsvp which had their names already printed, a tick box for attendance/decline and then below that their names with tick boxes under each name and a brief description of the menu choice to the side of the tick boxes ie. pate/soup, chicken/pork/mushroom and chocolate/lemon. We found it impossible to do invites without 3 inserts and so far everyone has found them easier to understand and select their choices. x
