Join Weight Watchers. I have lost 1stone with them and hoping to lose another 5lbs by wedding which is on 14th August! I usually lose a pound a week and its really not that hard! I've tried quick diets and diet pills but for me I find they make your drained, tired and ill xx

I lost 2 stone in 2 months of going to Aqua Aerobics, like aeobics, but because of the water it makes you work jsut that bit harder emoticon
Also walking a lot has helped me shift the last of my excess baby weight, even better it was walking around the city shopping! :P

yes wii fit is great as a start to lose weight and fun too, also dancemats like arcade ones, i lost weight after having both of my daughters by using my playstation 2 dancemat and also built up a good amount of stamina too.walking is good for everyone and helps to keep you trim, but if you are after losing it fast i would suggest healthy diet, eat little but often so not three meals a day, and at least 30mins of excercise per day, consisting of running/jogging skipping using a skipping rope,(NEVER DO SIT UPS THEY DAMAGE YOUR SPINE!) crunches/double crunches (which are hard but they work)jumping jacks that kind of thing hope that helps.

Hi my wedding is in nine weeks, i need to lose a lot of weight, so i am going to the gym every day, and having 1200 calories a day. Although there is no difference on the scales, there is a difference in my body shape. Its sometimes best to measure yourself intead of getting weighed!

Good luck emoticon

i want to lose the weight but i dont have anything to drive me to do it. im hopefully going to get a corset backed dress so if i gain a bit it will still fit and if i lose a bit it will still fit. i know it sound bad but the wedding isnt motivating me with this at all as htb doesnt mind how i am

Yeah my h2b loves me the way I am too - I'm not massive, but I'm not tiny either. Trouble is, we've got a bit too comfortable! I'm a 12 but at the moment I'm pushing 14!! I don't want a 14 dress, I wont feel confident so I'll be dieting.... Just so that I can feel sexy and confident on the day. Its all about how comfortable you are with yourself! Its lovely to be confident the way you are whatever size you are!!! Wish I could be! lol

@shellyriannon - I agree, thats why I said I wasn't disagreeing with those who were dieting - i personally would love to lose my bingo wings before the wedding! but you said what was in my head and didn't come out right lol - it's about being comfortable with how you are emoticon

I wouldn't worry too much missmaxine, at 19 I wasn't bothered about my weight either! You may get close to your wedding and the stress of it will make you drop a size - you said it didn't matter if that happened because the style of your dress allows for it!

I have very little weight loss motivation at the moment.... maybe I should book my wedding in a place that will give me free gym membership.....??! LOL probably cheaper to just join a gym!

I have to loose an inch to fit in my dress.i am a size 8/10 normally but being loved up is no good since i was a teeny tiny too skinny 6 when we met!dont no if anyone else has my prob-the lady in the shop measured me and for the style of my dress its better to take it out on the waist of a too small dress than take in a too big dress if you no what i mean!lol.now i have it in my head that i would be mortified(bit dramatic i no) if they have to let out my dress cos i am too big to fit it!at the moment i am going running 1/2 times a week but i cant loose weight on my bust or hips just waist!its doing my head in!

Size 12 waist because of my hips, but a size 16 bust! :(
Damn things won't stop growning lol. Dress fitters look at me and think i'm uge, and then measure me and seem to find it so funny i'm top heavy for some reason. Even happened in a fancy dress shop, they told me a Medium wouldn't fit, it fit perfectly. (Though Slutty Snow White got a little sluttier, thank god for an elasticated top half lol)

If I could loose boob weight it would be great, but it ain't happening lol xx

 @mrscoe2b She's nearly 7 months emoticon
Its not the same as it was, my boobs are huge and my hips are wider than they were. So I guess I do (Minus the tummy and excess weight on my arms/face/legs)
Mine have decided finally to stop growing (I hope) at a 36F, but I don't think they will ever shrink unfortunatly.
I couldn't breastfeed my daughter, so shes formula fed. But I know Breastfeeding mums in the same position as me.
How size 6 girls bounce back so fast it is beyond me lol. xx

I'm a size 10 but my dress is a 14! It was an end of line so I couldn't order in a smaller one. The woman in the shop aso said that bridal dresses never conform to normal sizes and it was more a 12 than a 14
It's a corset back so pulled to it's most tightest it fits but I worry that if I lose weight it wont fit me so I guess I have the opposite problem

you should start now on a healthy diet then it might stay off, if you suddenly loose a lot of weight most people tend to put it all back on and more!
